Tailwind Ghostwriter is an AI writing tool that helps you write natural-sounding copy. You can use it to write:

Since it’s part of Tailwind’s browser extensions you can use it whenever you want. Just enter what your content is about. Add keywords or phrases. Then click Generate captions or descriptions. You can always edit what it comes up with.
How to Use Tailwind Ghostwriter to Write Pin Descriptions
Step 1) First you’re going to click on drafts. Then click on Pinterest and upload your image. Or you can create one in Tailwind Create. Then click on ghostwrite for me.
Step 2) Enter the URL you want your pin to go to.
Step 3) Choose what your pin is about under I am posting about. You’ll choose from informational content, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional/sales content. In my example, I choose informational because that’s what my blog post is about.
Step 4) In the next section add what your URL is about. You can just add the title of your Pin/blog post here. I think it’s better to add an entire sentence here. It helps the ghostwriter to write your pin description better.
Step 5) Select the add keywords or phrases. This helps the Tailwind Ghostwriter to understand what your pin is about. The more details it has the more accurate the description.
Step 6) You can add a call to action. This is optional. I choose to add one. I wrote save this pin for later. When I did it fit in naturally at the end of the description. Then click generate a description.
Step 7) Now you have 3 descriptions to choose from. Feel free to edit the description as you see fit. If none of them suit you or make sense hit try again.
You can use it to help you write your pin titles too. First, select what type of post it is. Like is it informational, lifestyle, etc? Just type in what your pin is about. Add your keywords or phrases. I recommend adding Pinterest keywords you want to rank for. Then hit generate a title.

How to Use Tailwind Ghostwriter for Instagram and Facebook
How to Use Tailwind Ghostwriter to Write Instagram Captions
The first step is similar to the one above. Except you’ll pick Instagram instead of Pinterest. Make sure your Instagram account is connected. This won’t work unless it is. You can connect 1 IG account on the free plan. You won’t be adding a URL because you can’t add them to reels or any feed posts.
If you don’t already have an image or video made you can use Tailwind Create.
Step 2) Now that your image/video is ready, click on ghostwrite for me. The options are similar to the ones above. Pick what your post is about.
You can choose from a featured product, promotion or sale, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle content, or informational.
For me, I choose lifestyle because I am posting a motivational quote.
Step 3) In the next section write a short description of what your post is about. For me, I wrote word for word what the quote said.
Step 4) Select keywords or phrases. What I did was add words like goal setting, dream big, etc. Any words related to my quote I put them in.
Step 5) Add a call-to-action. This is optional. Since this is for IG you can add a call-to-action like follow for more. Or add like and comment if you agree. Another good one is save for later.
Step 6) Now click on generate captions. You’ll have 3 captions to choose from. Once you pick, you’ll be taken to the screen above.
You can now choose what hashtags to use. Tailwind’s hashtag generator makes it easy to come up with hashtags. Then you schedule your IG post to go out.

Tailwind Ghostwriter for Facebook
For Facebook, you’re going to take the exact first step as the ones above. Select Facebook, then upload your image if you don’t already have one in drafts. If you don’t already have one just use Tailwind Create.
You’ll be taken to the screen above. Click ghostwriter. You’ll be taken to a different screen. Unlike with the others, you won’t be picking what type of post it is.
Step 2) In the posting about section write what the post is about. What I did was write what the quote says. The option to add keywords or phrases isn’t here either.
Step 3) Click generate captions. You’ll get 3 different captions to
choose from. Pick the one you want. Feel free to edit as you see fit. Then click save caption.
Now you can schedule your post.
Tailwind Ghostwriter for Twitter, Hashtags, LinkedIn and TikTok
Yes, you can even use Tailwind ghostwriter to help you write tweets and create TikTok video captions. For Twitter and TikTok all you do is type in what your content is about. Then click generate tweet or generate a description for TikTok.
Tailwind Ghostwriter can generate hashtags for:
- Tiktok
But I am not sure if I would use it to generate hashtags for Pinterest. Hashtags are no longer relevant on Pinterest. Updates are happening all the time on Pinterest. So definitely check first before you add them to your pins.
To use Tailwind Ghostwriter for LinkedIn just type in what your post is about. Then click generate.
How to Use Tailwind Ghostwriter for Emails
How to Use Tailwind Ghostwriter to write email subject lines
To access this feature, click on a.i lab. There you’ll see the email subject lines feature. This feature writes your email subject lines for you.
Step 1) Under purpose you’ll select what type of email subject line you need. Select from options like sale announcement, abandoned cart, back in stock, confirmation, newsletter, fundraising and more.
Step 2) Select the tone of your email. There are only two options: fun/informal, or professional.
Step 3) Add your discount if you’re writing a promotional email.
Step 4) Add your product if you have one to promote.
Then click generate email subject line. After that just copy and paste it into your email service provider.
Tailwind Ghostwriter for Emails
There are 5 different frameworks to choose from for your emails. All of these frameworks are copywriting frameworks. They’re geared towards helping you write in a way that sells.
So, if you’re looking to write an email about a launch, course, service or product then pick one of these frameworks. Describe what your email is about. Then hit generate email body.
You can even use it to help you write an email about an affiliate product or promotion. I definitely struggle with writing like this. I know I’ll be using it.
Then copy and paste it into your email service provider.
How to Use Tailwind Ghostwriter to Write Blog Posts
Tailwind Ghostwriter can help you:

For the blog post topic and headline just enter what your blog post is about. Or for blog post topics enter your niche. Then click generate.

- Type in the title
- Add keywords or phrases.
- Click Generate outline
Then Tailwind will give you three different outlines to choose from. It gives you the intro, subheadings, conclusion, CTA, and image ideas.
