Why You Need to Legally Protect Your Blog or Website

It’s important to legally protect your blog or website. Why? The FTC has rules in place that dictate what you must do if you run a blog or business. For example, if you promote affiliate products then you must have a disclosure policy.
If you collect email addresses for your email list then you must have a privacy policy. If you get visitors from the European Union then you need to make sure you’re GDPR compliant.
If you’re new to blogging or just starting a business it’s easy to push it off. You might even think it doesn’t apply to you since you’re new. That’s not the way the FTC sees it. Whether you’re new or not they’ll fine you if you don’t comply.
Besides that nowadays your visitors want to know how you’re handling their info. They want to know they can trust you. Having basic legal policies such as a privacy policy, terms, and conditions, and a disclaimer lets them know they can trust you.

Don’t Use Free Legal Templates

When I first started blogging, almost 2 years ago, I searched for free legal templates on Google. Looking back on it now that wasn’t the best idea. Here’s why:
  1. They’re not complete
  2. Not written by real lawyers
  3. They’re not correct
On top of that, they don’t take the time to explain what each template means. the legal Bundle Value Pack course explains exactly what each legal template means. On top of that, the legal templates are written for you by a REAL LAWYER! You know your blog or website will be protected.

Why You Need Legal Templates for Your Blog

Legal templates save you time and money. With legal templates, you don’t need to hire a lawyer. Legal templates from the Legal bundle value pack are written by a real lawyer.

All you have to do is copy and paste. If you have to make any changes the templates show you how to make them.

Who Created the Course

The Legal Bundle Value Pack was created by Lucrezia Iapichino who is the co-founder of BloggingforNewBloggers Blog, Facebook Group, School & Tinylovebug.com. She’s been working as a lawyer and University lecturer for 15 years.
She studied law (LLB, LLM, Ph.D. in International and EU law) in some of the most prestigious universities around the world. She passed her bar exam in 2006. She definitely knows what she’s doing. As a blogger and businesswoman herself she knows how important it is to be protected.

That’s why she created the Legal Bundle Value Pack. So bloggers and entrepreneurs would have a way of protecting themselves without having to hire a lawyer.

With legal templates for your blog or business, you can be legally protected in no time.

Conclusion

Blogging legally is super important. I seriously recommend these legal templates for your blog or website pack because you get the legal policies you need in one pack.

I recommend getting the bundle over buying them separately. If you buy them separately you’ll definitely spend more money.
