Despite the fact that there are already tons of blog planners on the market I decided to make my own for a few reasons.
The main reason I created my own is to help you guys with your blog. I want to help you create your content, and help you be more organized.
My Free blog planner is filled with printables that will help you in many ways. You’ll have a place to store all of your affiliate info, Facebook group info, an SEO checklist, and more. I’ve included a blog promotion checklist and a list of free resources.
Basically, you’ll have printables that help you store information, and help you create your content. Plus, you can fill out the planner on your desktop, tablet, laptop, or mobile device. Each printable is a separate pdf.
That means you can print out or copy as many pages as you want. Or only use the exact pages that you want. You can use my blogging planner year after year!

What Makes My Blog Planner Unique?
Before I created my blog planner, I looked at many others. I saw some really well-designed blog planners out there. But it takes more than a pretty design to make a blog planner effective. A blog planner needs to help you grow your blog!
You want printables that help you in some way with your blog. You need a blog planner to:
- Help you create blog posts
- Help you to promote them
- Store all of your affiliate information
- Keep track of all the Facebook groups you’re in and their promo days
- Help you with on-page SEO to get more traffic
My blog planner comes with printables that help you with all of those problems. You won’t find generic printables such as a monthly calendar in this blog planner. You’ll find printables that are actually related to blogging.
Below is a list of printables that come with the planner!
What’s Included in the Free Blog Planner
- Cover Page
- Affiliate Tracker
- Facebook Group Tracker
- Blog Traffic Tracker
- Blog Promo Checklist
- Blog Post Planner-2 Pages
- Blog Post Worksheet
- On-Page SEO Checklist
- Quarterly Goals PDF
- Weekly To-do List
- Free Resources List
- Blog Expense Tracker
Each page is in US Letter Size. Some pdfs like the affiliate tracker is in landscape layout instead of portrait. This planner is for personal use only not commercial. This means that you can’t sell this planner.
Nor can you give this away to your audience. You can, however, share the link to my blogging planner with your audience. That way they can click on the link themselves to see if it’s right for them.
How to Use the Blogging Planner
You can print out each page individually, and copy as many as you want. You can also fill out each page on your desktop, laptop, or mobile device. The blog traffic tracker is to track where your blog traffic is coming from. The affiliate tracker is to help you keep track of all your affiliate info.
The Facebook group tracker is to help you keep track of different promo threads. I’ve included a blog expense tracker too. So, you can keep track of what tools and resources you’re buying. That way you can decide if you’re spending too much on something.
I’ve included a list full of free resources in the planner. Each resource is something that can help you with your blog.
I’ve included links to free courses on affiliate marketing, Pinterest, and how to start your own blog. You can use this set of printables as a planner or add them to an existing planner! The choice is yours!
Like I stated before I included an SEO checklist. This checklist is for on-page SEO. On-page SEO is when you optimize individual web pages for search engines.
When it comes to blogging, this means you’re optimizing individual blog posts for search engines. You’ll know exactly how to optimize each blog post for search engines.
I created the blog post planner sheets to help you store your keywords ideas, links you’ll use in each post, and title ideas.
On the second blog post planner sheet, I’ve included a bonus checklist. It’s a blog post publishing checklist. It’s everything your blog post needs before you hit publish!
